Job Title: Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner

Trust: Herefordshire and Worcestershire Health Care NHS Trust

Location: Remote Working

Ward:NHS Talking Therapies

Shift Patterns: Monday - Friday 9.00am - 17.00pm (Would also accept Part time)

You’ll provide treatment for adults from many different backgrounds and will collaborate with a range of professionals in physical health and mental health.

What you can add:

  • Demonstrate an understanding of anxiety and depression
  • Develop good therapeutic relationships with clients
  • Carrying out risk assessments for your client in a professional manner
  • Help identify areas where the person wishes to change how they feel, think, or behave

What you’ll need:

  • Completion of a Talking Therapies approved postgraduate qualification in "Low Intensity Psychological Therapies
  • Experience of working within an IAPT service Post PWP qualification.
  • Great understanding of mental health issues
  • Experience in treating depression and anxiety with Low Intensity CBT treatments

In addition to experience, all Qualified roles will be required to provide evidence of

  • Relevant Qualifications
  • Registration with the relevant Registration Body if applicable.
