• Led by a Partner and Head of Regulatory, our Regulatory team is nestled within the Dublin Commercial Disputes practice.
• Collaborative cross-border work with UK colleagues in Global Investigations and Professional Practices Groups.
• Clients include the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland, the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland, and the Charities Regulator.

Your Gig: What's in Store?

• Advise and act for public sector regulators and private sector clients, with a keen eye on professional misconduct inquiries and investigations, especially in healthcare.
• Flex your legislative muscles by drafting secondary legislation on complex areas of professional regulatory law.
• Support team growth plans and win hearts with your client engagement prowess.
• Be the go-to person for health products regulation—experience here is a bonus.

Your Skills & Magic:

• 3 PQE + experience in contentious regulatory matters and non-contentious advisory work.
• Battle-tested in professional misconduct inquiries, especially in healthcare.
• Consultative, thorough, and adept at stakeholder management.
• Experience in legislative drafting is a plus.
• Task juggler with an eagle eye for detail and client service finesse.
