Purchase Ledger Assistant Responsibilities:
  • Process financial data within the Accounts team, primarily focusing on the Purchase Ledger and associated memberships and accounts
  • Support with cashiering, accounting, and bank procedures
  • Assist the wider Accounts team during peak times
  • Learn and understand the Financial Life Cycle process adopted within the business and contribute to managing this policy
  • Learn and understand Solicitors Accounts Rules and ensure compliance
  • Produce accurate and high-quality work
  • Work collaboratively in a friendly team environment
Purchase Ledger Assistant Requirements:
  • Understanding and experience of Purchase Ledger in a business environment
  • Strategic thinking ability to tackle challenges logically and step-by-step
  • Expert eye for detail and strong organisational skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Confident and professional communication skills
  • Excellent team player with a willingness to support others
