PURCHASE LEDGER ASSISTANT (GERMAN-SPEAKING) - £30k - £35k - 12-month FTC - ASAP START DATE - BICESTER - HYBRID

Robert Half are thrilled to be working with a well-known business in Bicester that are looking for a full-time Purchase Ledger Assistant to join the team ASAP for a 12 month FTC for maternity cover, offering hybrid working and expensed travel to Germany 1-2 times a year!

As the Purchase Ledger Assistant, you will work with and support the Account Payables Manager. You will provide efficient and proactive day-to-day support to the Finance Team to ensure the smooth running of the financial administration of the Company.

Responsibilities:

• Provide competent and meticulous support to help the productivity of the Finance Team.
• Set up suppliers.
• Update supplier records.
• Process invoices and credit notes accurately.
• Reconcile supplier statements.
• Prepare bi-monthly payment runs.
• Complete month end process.
• Deal with supplier queries.
• Liaise with internal customers.

Requirements:

• Fluent in German is essential.
• Invoice processing experience.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good communication skills.
