Our client based in Leicester are on the look out for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their small friendly team, are you self-motivated and confident in your Purchase Ledger skills? as we're looking for someone to join and run the Purchase Ledger ensuring all supplier invoices are paid in a timely fashion.
The Role:
- Matching, Batching, Coding Suppliers Invoices, Data Entry
- Query resolution
- Statement Reconcilations
- Getting invoices authorised and issuing payments to suppliers
- Assisting with month end
- Assisting with outgoing post and other adhoc offices work
Skills and experience:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Purchase Ledger or Accounts payable (ideally within a SME environment)
- Good ICT dkills
- Ability to communicate with both internal and external clients
