Reed are currently seeking experienced Purchase Ledger Clerks for an immediate start, to join our client based in Stockton on a full-time, temporary basis. This role is crucial for clearing a backlog of invoices and maintaining accurate financial records. If you are a dedicated and ambitious individual ready to hit the ground running, this position offers a great opportunity to demonstrate your skills in a fast-paced environment.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Clearing a backlog of invoices in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring all payments are completed on time.
  • Liaising with suppliers and resolving any potential invoice discrepancies.
  • Working within a dynamic team to meet tight deadlines and contribute to the overall financial health of the organisation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a Purchase Ledger Clerk role or similar is desirable.
  • Available to start immediately.
  • Strong numerical skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.
