Purchase Ledger Clerk
FRS are recruiting a temporary Purchase Ledger Clerk for a business based in Warwick. The role will initially be based over a 3-4 week period with potential extensions TBC.
Suitable candidates will be immediately available & have 1-2 years' Purchase Ledger experience.
Duties Will Include
- Daily processing of supplier invoices
- Matching invoices to PO's & obtaining the correct authorization
- Coding supplier invoices
- Dealing with any invoice queries
- Reconciliation of supplier accounts
- Posting petty cash, personal expense claims through the purchase ledger
- Processing of the monthly credit cards’ statements
- Assisting the Finance Manager with processing VAT Returns for the UK & Europe sites
