FRS are recruiting a temporary Purchase Ledger Clerk for a business based in Warwick. The role will initially be based over a 3-4 week period with potential extensions TBC.

Suitable candidates will be immediately available & have 1-2 years' Purchase Ledger experience.

Duties Will Include

  • Daily processing of supplier invoices
  • Matching invoices to PO's & obtaining the correct authorization
  • Coding supplier invoices
  • Dealing with any invoice queries
  • Reconciliation of supplier accounts
  • Posting petty cash, personal expense claims through the purchase ledger
  • Processing of the monthly credit cards’ statements
  • Assisting the Finance Manager with processing VAT Returns for the UK & Europe sites
