Are you an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk who is seeking a new role within an expanding Telford construction business?

Your new role:

  • Ensuring invoices are processed and recorded appropriately
  • Assist with resolving invoice queries in a timely manner
  • Making sure all supplier payment runs are completed
  • Managing the supplier statement reconciliations
  • Communicating, in a professional approachable manner, with external suppliers to effectively and efficiently resolve queries.
  • Liaising with other departments, building and maintaining strong working relations
  • Any other tasks deemed reasonable, by the Head of Finance

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Experience using Sage Business 1 [preferred but not essential]
  • Must have previous experience in Purchase Ledger in order to hit the ground running in this position
  • Self motivated and a can do attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
