Fantastic Opportunity to work for a well established business looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their team on a 3 month contract in Redhill.

Description

  • Supporting the team to pay our supplier invoices in a timely manner.
  • Reporting to the Purchase Ledger Supervisor you will match supplier invoices to orders, carry out reconciliations and resolve queries.
  • Scanning invoices and Credit notes
  • Employee expenses Assisting in payment runs
  • Supplier liaison Query resolution

Profile

  • Ideally you will have experience within a similar position and be used to working in the office environment.
  • Able to manage your workload and work unsupervised
  • Communicate in a polite and professional manner, with suppliers and internal customers
  • Work as part of team to achieve targets
  • Complete tasks within set timelines
  • May be working towards an accountancy degree
