Job Title: Purchase Ledger Clerk

Location: Stansted, Essex

Salary: Up to £32,000 (depending on experience)

Contract Details: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm

Responsibilities:

  • Process invoices, reconciling purchase orders and invoice approvals
  • Set up new supplier accounts and maintain existing account details
  • Conduct monthly reconciliation of supplier statements
  • Process business expense returns
  • Handle the monthly BACS payment run
  • Perform other finance duties as required
