Purchase Ledger Clerk
Robert Half is recruiting a Purchase Ledger clerk for our client in Watford, on an interim basis for up to 6 months.
The position of Purchase Ledger Clerk will require the following skills and experience;
- Inputting Purchase Invoices (circa 650 per month)
- Posting invoices to sage
- Scanning invoices
- Dealing with Invoice Queries
- Preparation for invoices to be authorised by Contract Managers
- Reconciling supplier's accounts on a monthly basis
- Preparing report for supplier payment estimate
- Raising monthly BACS payments
- Send out remittances and CIS statements monthly
- Issuing Sub-Contractors Contracts
- Verifying Sub-contractors
The position of Purchase Ledger Clerk will be 100% based on-site, there is free parking and excellent facilities available.
