6 months fixed term contract
Based in Henfield (hybrid)
£28,000 - £31,000 per annum

Tony Alan Recruitment currently has an exciting job opportunity for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a well-known business in the Crawley area on a 6-monthfixed term contract.

Your duties will include:

  • Inputting supplier invoices onto the system
  • Allocating payments in the accounting system to the appropriate codes and ensuring correct codes are used
  • Dealing with supplier queries
  • Ensuring that invoices are processed and returned promptly to assist good payment performance results
  • Contacting suppliers for missing invoices
  • Filing and scanning invoices daily
  • Supplier statement account reconciliations
  • Handle disputed accounts and bring to the attention of the senior management if unable to resolve

Key requirements:

  • Experience in purchase ledger is essential
  • You must be immediately available
  • You must be a car driver due to the location
