Purchase Ledger Clerk - Keep Our Company Running Smoothly!

Do you have a keen eye for detail and enjoy ensuring things are done accurately and efficiently? Are you organised and able to work independently while also being a team player? Then we want to hear from you!

We are looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our growing finance team and play a vital role in keeping our company running smoothly.

What you'll do:

  • Ensure timely payments to suppliers and maintain positive relationships
  • Process invoices, manage accounts payable, and reconcile bank statements
  • Prepare and issue payments according to company procedures
  • Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to resolve queries
  • Generate reports for management and ensure accounts are kept up to date
  • Maintain a clean and organised work environment

You'll be a great fit if you have:

  • Some experience in this or a similar role beneficial but not essential
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in MS Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Adaptability and a willingness to learn
