I am working with a not-for profit organisation who is looking for a Purchase Ledger to join their busy team.

  • Your new role
  • Manually process supplier invoices, ensuring accurate data entry into the purchase ledger system.
  • Prepare and execute payment runs, ensuring suppliers are paid in a timely manner.
  • Handle and resolve supplier queries related to invoices and payments.
  • Perform regular supplier statement reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of the ledger.
  • Process and reconcile expense claims, ensuring they are correctly coded and authorised.


What you'll need to succeed

  • At least 2 years of Purchase Ledger experience
  • Good organisational skills
  • able to work under pressure and in a fast paced enviorment
  • Great attention to detail
