Purchase Ledger Clerk

I am working with a not-for profit organisation who is looking for a Purchase Ledger to join their busy team.
- Your new role
- Manually process supplier invoices, ensuring accurate data entry into the purchase ledger system.
- Prepare and execute payment runs, ensuring suppliers are paid in a timely manner.
- Handle and resolve supplier queries related to invoices and payments.
- Perform regular supplier statement reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of the ledger.
- Process and reconcile expense claims, ensuring they are correctly coded and authorised.
What you'll need to succeed
- At least 2 years of Purchase Ledger experience
- Good organisational skills
- able to work under pressure and in a fast paced enviorment
- Great attention to detail
