Purchase Ledger Maternity Cover

SF Recruitment are looking to engage with local Ledbury based candidates who are immediately available or on a one week notice for the following role. This is a 6 month maternity cover working in an exciting fun finance team!
Purchase Ledger Role
- Processing and posting a high volume of orders; local and foreign currency.
- Receipting delivery notes
- Coding invoices
- Distributing invoices for authorisation and monitoring their return
- Maintain goods received not invoiced listing, keep to a minimum by investigating and clearing old/incorrect items
- Work closely with the wider finance team to ensure the smooth running of the purchase ledger function
- To support the finance team in any ad hoc duties
- Processing company credit card expenses
- Processing of company mobile phone bills
