Responsibilities:

  • Conduct bank reconciliations for various accounts.
  • Enter invoices accurately into Xero accounting software.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Provide up-to-date creditors list.
  • Perform data entry tasks on spreadsheets.
  • Utilise your experience in purchase ledger and demonstrate high-volume process expertise.

Skills and Attributes:

  • Previous experience in Purchase Ledger.
  • Proficiency in Xero accounting software.
  • Strong phone skills and confidence in communicating with stakeholders.
  • Computer literacy and excellent data entry accuracy.
  • AAT or equivalent qualification is highly desirable.
  • Immediate availability preferred.
