Position: Purchasing Administrator

Location:Marlow, Atlas House, Third Ave, Marlow SL7 1EY

The Role
  • Procurement Support Adminstrator will be responsible for supporting the Account Payable Manager and other team members by undertaking admin duties, onsite support and training to the business when required and processing and directing all ad hoc Procurement queries both internal and external to the relevant members of the team.
  • Identifying and raising POs for finance/overheads.
  • Customer-centric delivery to both internal and external stakeholders whilst upholding the values of the company and identifying and raising POs for finance/overheads.
  • Using SAP to compile data in conjunction with the IT and data support to allow for the creation of strategic Procurement.
  • Review invoices in Basware and raise contract POs for those costs identified as recurring.
  • Work with the UK AP Manager and team to help identify any gaps in documentation or procedure.
  • A willingness to travel to support sites with training and comprehension of changing Procurement systems.
  • Manage all online documents on the intranet to ensure the business has visibility over the most recent policies and procedures.
  • Maintain spreadsheets and provide reports when required, identifying duplicate vendors, and working with internal stakeholders to close the accounts.

The Person

Essential skill

  • 3-4 years of Experience within Finanace and admin is must.
  • Good understanding and previous experience with SAP/SAP4Han
  • Good level of competence in MS Office products (Word, Excel
  • Full UK driving licence is mandatory.

Desirable Skill

  • Experience within Purchasing/Accounts Payable preferred.
  • Highly Organised and Able to manage multiple tasks.
