Purchasing Administrator role available in Sutton in Ashfield

Position: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: £25,000 per annum
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

SF Recruitment are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Purchasing Administrator to join our clients team in Sutton-in-Ashfield.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and process purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain and update supplier information and records.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as necessary.
- Handle and resolve any discrepancies or issues with orders.
- Assist with negotiating prices and terms with suppliers.
- Prepare reports on purchasing activities and supplier performance.
- Support the purchasing department with administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a purchasing or administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
