Our superb client with offices based in Peterborough is seeking a Purchasing Administrator to join them on a 6 month fixed term contract basis although may be extended to 12 months. This is an office based position and will be working 8.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday.

As Purchasing Administrator, you will be responsible for producing purchase orders, reconciling purchase orders, expediting open orders, running stock reports, assisting the sourcing of inventory, supplier negotiation, reviewing supplier PO acknowledgements and resolving discrepancies.

You be considered for the role of Purchasing Administrator, you will have previously purchasing administration experience and experience of processing purchase order information, you will have excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, self motivated, a self-starter and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

In return our client is offering a salary of £26,000 pro rata to length of contract, generous annual leave entitlement. pension, on site parking.
