Purchasing Assistant

About the role:

This purcasing assistant role will involve coordinating with suppliers, ensuring timely order placement, and maintaining accurate records of purchases. Purchasing assistant is a critical position that directly impacts the smooth operation of our business and customer satisfaction.

This role is maternity cover, working full time. The salary will be discussed with the successful candidate depending on experience & qualifications.

Key Purchasing Assistant Responsibilities:

• Managing contracts and renewals
• Support with benchmarking and tenders
• SAP data management
• Run and action reports
• General Administrative duties

About you:

• Must have Microsoft Excell expereince (incl. V Look ups and pivot tables)
• Methodical approach
• Attention to detail
• Proactive attitude
• Strong teamwork and willingness to learn
