Head-quartered in Dromore, County Down, with additional offices in the UK and Germany, QTech Global (previously Aristospray) is a family-owned business with over 27 years of industry expertise.

There are currently two sides to the company’s business:

Criteria

To be considered for this role, you should be able to demonstrate the following:

Substantial experience in a similar purchasing role, from a comparable industry

Would ideally suit someone with a technical background, someone who understands kitting with parts, multiple supply chains feeding into kitted parts and the assembly of kitted parts locally

Experience working in an SME environment in the past, and willing to adopt an 'all hands on deck’ approach when needed

Proven track record in developing and implementing purchasing and forecasting strategies

Financially astute, capable of assessing opportunities and aligning resources effectively

Respected by peers, customers, and partners, and aligned with company values and ethos

Intermediate Excel skills

It would be great if you were degree-qualified (ideally with a technical or Engineering based degree) and/or hold a professional procurement qualification (CIPS or similar), however, this is not a deal breaker, so long as you can display clear evidence of progress and achievements in the past.

With nine employees and a turnover of approximately £5 million, QTech Global has ambitious plans to double their turnover within the next 3-5 years. This will be achieved by expanding their customer base, educating on the advantages of spraying over traditional painting methods, product development and making key appointments, like this one.

With a mission to become the leading global supplier of best-in-class spraying solutions, this role offers a rare opportunity for the right purchasing individual to grow with the business, eventually into a more strategic role.

This key appointment will be instrumental in delivering QTech Global’s mission, supporting their growth objectives through developing and building a robust and scaleable purchasing function - something which is pivotal to accommodate expansion plans.

As QTech Global scale, they are committed to aligning their organisation to support their business objectives.

If you are driven, humble, and smart, with a passion for excellence in purchasing, procurement or supply chain management, you’re the type of individual I’d love to speak with about this role.
