Base Salary: Up to $300,000 per annum + equity

As a Python Developer, you'll play a key role in developing and scaling the infrastructure behind our AI-driven hiring platforms. You'll work closely with a high-performing technical team to refine real-time data processing, LLM-powered applications, and payments infrastructure, ensuring reliability and scalability in a fast-growing environment.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and maintain backend systems for AI-powered hiring platforms.
• Optimize database performance, data pipelines, and cloud infrastructure.
• Build scalable payments and authentication systems for a high-volume platform.
• Work on LLM-powered applications that enhance the hiring experience.
