QA Automation Test Engineer - remote or hybrid working - Permanent
Location - Remote or London (Moorgate)
£65,000

A global Law Firm are looking to hire an experienced automation tester to join their firm - this role can be remote or London based. The focus of the role is to ensure the delivery of quality testing within an automated test environment. You'll review the business requirements, identify tests that will drive feature development, and where appropriate write and execute the relevant automated acceptance and regression tests.

Responsibilities:

  • 3+ years QA automation experience supporting large, critical business applications;
  • 5+ years QA experience with Test and Issues Management Tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps);
  • Testing Activities, Manual and Automated Testing Procedures and Tools;
  • Solutions Development Life Cycle in Agile & Waterfall Environments;
  • QA Test Management tools
  • Test script creation - delivering a re-usable set of regression scripts for future release
  • Test estimation, test planning and test progress reporting
  • Defect creation
  • Test execution - automation testing split across project team and BAU (Business As Usual) delivery
  • Providing objective feedback to software development project team or business support teams
  • QA testing, defect management, full life cycle testing, UAT testing.
