Job role: QA Technologist

Location: Leicester
Monday-Friday Office based

About the Role:As a QA Technologist, you will play a key role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and performance. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, design and execute test plans, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to ensure a seamless production process. From raw material inspection to final product testing, your expertise will help us maintain the quality our customers trust.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance procedures and protocols.
  • Conduct product testing, analysis, and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Work closely with production, development, and engineering teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
  • Analyze data to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Keep up-to-date with regulatory requirements and best practices in quality assurance.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of QA activities, findings, and recommendations.
Skills & Experience Required:
  • Proven experience as a QA Technologist or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance processes (ISO, HACCP, etc.).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
