This is a brand-new opportunity for a hands-on Test Manager to join a data-driven software provider operating on a global scale.

As the Test Manager you will oversee a team of 7 QA Testers working on projects in the enterprise sphere. You will be working alongside an in-house team implementing new and emerging technologies to enhance the existing products which promote optimization and data-analysis for retailers. Your team will ensure quality standards are met for any changes deployed. You will be an advocate for QA best practices and lead initiatives such as test automation.

You must be based within a commutable distance from Leeds as you will be required on-site 4 days per week. No sponsorship provided.

Key Skills

• Experience in a variety of testing efforts, techniques and tools
• Strong understanding of automated testing frameworks
• Experience of using SQL
• Team leadership experience
