QC Manager

Are you an experienced QC Manager with a strong background in Pharmaceuticals, looking for a new challenge? Do you want to work for a leading specialist manufacturer?

A manufacturer of specialist radiopharmaceuticals are currently seeking a QC Manager to join the team at their site in West Surrey. The role will involve managing the QC Department, as well as Method Development and Validation. Strong experience in a similar role in cGMP Pharmaceutical manufacture is essential.

Role Overview

• Perm, Full Time role (7AM -3PM) on site in West Surrey.
• Management of the QC Department, including line management of the QC team.
• Method development and validation - The QC team utilise a range of analytical instruments/techniques including - HPLC , GC and TLC.
• Hands on involvement in QC testing when needed.
• Ensure equipment, consumables/materials are appropriately monitored and maintained and all relevant regulations and standards are adhered to in the Lab.

Requirements

• Minimum Degree level (or equivalent) in relevant discipline is essential.
• Significant (circa 5 years) working experience in a cGMP Pharmaceutical Manufacturing environment
• Strong experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity in a similar environment.
• Experience in Radiopharmaceuticals is highly beneficial but is not essential, training can be provided in relation to the specifics of radiopharmacy.
