As Head of QHSE you will be responsible for managing & continually developing the UK & IRE organisation’s Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety and Energy programs and procedures, ensuring regulatory obligations are fulfilled in a cost effective and compliant manner. You will lead the QHSE team to manage, develop and implement the Companies Quality and Health & Safety management systems to deliver a professional service for all stake holders across the UK and Ireland. You will be responsible to proactively set and lead action plans to reduce perceived risks to the Business. You will build relationships across the Business and foster strong links with accreditation bodies such as UKAS & BSI to ensure maintenance of accreditations in a cost-effective manner.

Essential Skills
- Preferred - hold an external formal qualification in quality management systems and health & safety
Qualification by experience will also be considered.
- Ability to act as lead auditor across all areas of business.
- Extensive knowledge of BS EN ISO/IEC 17025:2017 and BS EN ISO 9001:2015 and their implementation.
- Preferably NEBOSH qualified.
- Experience of working within a customer focussed environment.
- Business minded and results orientated
- Excellent verbal communication, presentation and I.T. Skills.
- Current driving licence is essential as this role requires travel and overnight stays.
