Role Responsibilities:
Full Residential Property Conveyancing: Manage the entire conveyancing process (except new builds)with confidence and expertise, including:
  • Drafting and reviewing contracts.
  • Conducting property searches.
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, and mortgage lenders.
  • Preparing transfer documents.
  • Handling exchanges and completions.
  • Supervise Juniors: Lead and mentor junior staff, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional development.

  • Experienced and Confident: You have substantial experience in conveyancing and are confident in your abilities.
  • Leadership Skills: You are happy to take the lead and supervise junior team members.
  • Team Player: You thrive in a supportive team environment and are always ready to help out when needed.
