Qualified Early Years Educator

Responsibilities:

- Create and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum for young children
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Plan and facilitate engaging activities that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
- Observe and assess children's progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians
- Collaborate with other educators and professionals to support the holistic development of each child
- Maintain accurate records of children's attendance, progress, and any incidents or concerns
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding their child's development and any updates or concerns

Experience:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with young children in an early childhood education setting
- Knowledge of child development theories, practices, and age-appropriate teaching methods
- Familiarity with early learning frameworks and curriculum standards
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with young children
