SENco - Balsall Heath:

A 2-form entry school in B12 area of Birmingham are seeking a qualified SENco, with a NASENco award to work at a delightful, charismatic and traditional school in Balsall Heath.

The school has relatively high ECHP, pupil premium and SEND needs.
So experience in the following is highly sought after:

- Writing ECHP reports
- Assessments
- pupil progress reports
- Liaising with external agencies such as CAHMS, Birmingham city council, occupational health departments and other schemes
- Liaising and provided feedback to SLT and parents
- Applying for 1:1 funding
- Coordinating support and educational plans for pupils
