Randstad are recruiting for a Qualified Social Worker to join Wirral Council's Adult Community Team as an Advance Practitioner. This is a full time role, offering an amazing pay rate of £37 per hour.

Responsibilities:

• Give professional supervision to Social Workers and Care Navigators.
• Case management, case advice and guidance and discussions.
• Chairing strategy meetings.
• Supporting s42 enquiries.
• Case allocations and working closely with the Team Manager to ensure effective and safe care and support to all individuals and staff.

Requirements:

• Social Work England registered
• Enhanced DBS
• Social Work Degree or equivalent
