We currently have a fantastic Locum Social Work Opportunity based within a Community Mental Health in the Salford, Greater Manchester area.

Responsibilities:

• Manage duty desk within the Older Adult CMHT
• Complete assessments in the community following new referrals
• Hold a small caseload for care coordination
• Role is office based but includes home/care home visits to complete assessments (Flexi work can be neg)

To be considered for the Social Worker role, ideally you will have:

• 1-3 years experience of working within a similar setting
• Diploma/Degree in Social Work
• Registration with SWE
