Our client, Leicestershire County Council, is looking for a Qualified Social Worker to join their Coalville Safeguarding Team.

Must have CP and court work experience and the post is full time position.

  • To work collaboratively with children, young people and their families in accordance with the aims and objectives of the department.
  • Use judgement, knowledge and the skilled use of authority to intervene with families to promote safety, stability and success.
  • To build productive working relationships with children, young people and families so we can hear and understand what they want to happen to make their lives better.
  • Evaluate our practice and its impact and how we improve outcomes for those with whom we work.
