Job Description:We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Social Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality social work services to individuals, families, and groups. You will work closely with other professionals to ensure that our clients receive the best possible support and care.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' needs, strengths, and risks.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with clients and their families.
  • Provide ongoing support, counseling, and advocacy for clients.
  • Liaise with other agencies and professionals to coordinate services.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation.
  • Participate in regular supervision and continuous professional development.
  • Uphold ethical and professional standards in line with Social Work England guidelines.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Proven experience in a social work role, preferably in [specific area, e.g., child protection, mental health, community services].
  • Strong understanding of relevant legislation, policies, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

  • Must have a social worker degree plus a qualification in social work england
