Vanta Staffing High Wycombe are recruiting for an experienced Quality Assurance Executive for a small but busy company located on the outskirts of High Wycombe. The role will be to oversee and maintain the companys quality management system to ensure that products and service provided by the organisation meet internal and external legal requirements and standards set by regulatory bodies.

Monday - Friday
9:00am - 5.30pm
GBP27,000 - GBP35,000 DOE

The main responsibilities of the Quality Assurance Executive are:
· Support Management and Operations in ensuring that the businesss Quality Management System is maintained and meeting the appropriate accreditation requirements.
· Manage the company Quality Management System documentation including version control, logging and archiving.
· Maintain all administrative tasks that form part of the QMS system such as SOPs, Forms, Work instructions and Manuals etc.
· Collaborate with suppliers to address and maintain high quality and standard of products supplied.
· Maintain and review accuracy of existing SOPs and implement new standard operating procedures when required.
· Handle Supplier and Customer complaints in a timely manner by following correct procedures, ensuring effective resolution.
· Responsible for checking confidential documents such as Customer/Supplier NDAs and terms and conditions.
· Prepare documentation and manage all audits for the business for BSI, Customers and Suppliers.
· To schedule, co-ordinate, prepare documentation and in some cases conduct internal audits for the businesss key controls.
· Complete all customer surveys and questionnaires for the business.
· Conduct research for compliance and regulatory matters relating to the business and feedback findings to Senior Management.

The key requirements of the Quality Assurance Executive are:
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
· High attention to detail and accuracy.
· Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
· Good administration and report writing skills.
· Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
· Excellent time management for meeting deadlines and responding to unexpected demands.
