We are working with a well-established and expanding business in the fresh juice and fruit-based ingredients sector. With over 20 years of success and ongoing investment in their modern production facility, this company is now seeking a Quality Compliance Manager to strengthen their technical team.
What You’ll Be Doing:As Quality Compliance Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring site compliance to internal, customer, and legislative requirements. Reporting to the Technical Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Leading and supporting Quality Assurance teams to meet technical and quality objectives.
Maintaining up-to-date QA systems and documentation in line with customer and industry standards.
Investigating and responding to customer complaints, driving continuous improvements.
Coordinating internal audits, quality panels, GMP and hygiene audits.
Liaising with NPD for successful product launches and ensuring technical documentation is ready.
Monitoring KPIs and performance metrics to improve site standards and customer satisfaction.
Acting as a key contact during customer visits, audits, and technical reviews.
Strong background in food manufacturing quality management.
Hands-on experience with HACCP, audits, and managing QA systems.
Confident communicator with the ability to liaise with both customers and internal teams.
Self-motivated, with strong leadership and organisational skills.
Competitive salary of £50,000 - £55,000 DOE
Monday to Friday working pattern – no weekends!
