Quality Control Coordinator

My client is an extremely well-established pharmaceutical wholesaler & distributor, and we are proud to support in their search for a Quality Control Coordinator to join their them at their site close to Doncaster.
 
You will work within the Quality Team in tandem with Operations and Customer Service to ensure the quality of all products, packaging and labelling before being released for customer delivery. This is a key role in the business that ensures complete customer satisfaction, and the quality of all products delivered right, the first time.
 
Hours: Monday-Friday 08:00pm – 16:30pm  
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Processing Jobs into production/Second-check process – ensuring that the correct product will successfully pass all stages of both Quality and Production departments.
  • Ensure that all products/orders are receiving the correct label, correct labelling instructions, and the correct information correlating to the product on the specific Batch Packing Record (BPR);
  • Standard label placement – ensuring that the Quality and Production departments over-label the products correctly as per the related standard-operating procedure.
  • Documentation creation – ensuring that all the data input is accurate and relates to the label approval form before submitting to second check.
  • Label Creation – creating the labels required for application to products processed.
  • Document Protection – ensuring that approved BPRs and SLP photographs are electronically protected to prevent any unauthorised and undocumented changes.
  • Label reviews – regularly maintaining all label data and the validity of the Directives and BNF warnings.
