Job Title: Quality Control Operative

Summary:

This permanent, full-time role offers a competitive starting pay of £12.40 per hour, and you'll play a crucial role in ensuring products meet customer and regulatory expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Quality Control Operative, your daily tasks will include:

• Monitoring production processes to ensure compliance with customer, legislative, and company standards.
• Conducting finished product checks across all product brands and meticulously documenting findings, including product weights and label accuracy.
• Carrying out daily and weekly checks on measuring equipment, including Daily Blade Checks.
• Conducting daily startup inspections to ensure production readiness.
• Capturing traceability information accurately.
• Performing daily routine checks, such as temperature monitoring.
• Collaborating with the Production, Quality, and Technical Managers to resolve non-conformances and corrective actions.
• Preparing for BRC audits.

Experience and Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in food production (desirable).
• The right to work in the UK
