Are you passionate about maintaining the highest standards of quality in manufacturing processes? Our client, a leading manufacturing software platform, is seeking a dedicated Quality Engineer to ensure excellence across their supplier network.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement standardised procedures for order quality assurance to guarantee consistency and excellence in order processing and delivery.
  • Conduct remote quality checks using QC tickets, ensuring adherence to stringent quality standards throughout the order lifecycle.
  • Collaborate closely with subcontracting partners to strategically place QA tasks within the order chain, facilitating smooth order delivery and addressing potential issues proactively.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges, drive continuous improvement, and optimise automation in quality assurance processes.
  • Analyse quality assurance data to enhance process efficiency and drive improvements, leveraging insights to benefit various business areas.
  • Provide constructive feedback to Sales and Operations teams, fostering continuous improvement efforts and aligning processes with customer expectations and business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Engineering or a related field preferable but not essential.
  • Minimum of 2 years of engineering/quality experience.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills with a keen ability to anticipate and address challenges.
  • Exceptional communication skills to facilitate collaboration across diverse teams.
  • Strong time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated accountability for tasks and outcomes.
