Quality Engineer

Location - Guildford (hybrid)

Yoh are currently working with a global company looking to create a lasting impact in the aerospace and satellite communication sector, they are looking to create a UK division to continue there success story.

They are a leader in space technology, technology has been deployed successfully in over 50 deep space and satellite missions. They are a global business with currently over 70 employees across multiple locations.

We are looking for a Quality Engineer to oversee and manage the quality process from planning to production, ensuring adherence to the highest space standards. This is a unique opportunity to join their expanding team and contribute to cutting-edge space missions.

Some of the responsibility for a Quality Engineer include:

- Manage and control Quality Assurance (QA) & Product Assurance (PA) tasks across various disciplines.

- Review engineering and test documents to ensure compliance with our quality system, applicable regulations, standards, and customer requirements.

- Lead and perform program audits & ensure final product acceptance and approval.

Requirements:

- At least 5 years of experience as a quality engineer/quality manager in a multidisciplinary company, preferably within the aerospace industry.

- Extensive knowledge of Quality System Regulations (e.g., AS/EN9100).
