Position: Quality Engineer

Location: Coventry

Salary: £37,000

Tiro Partners are seeking Quality Engineer with a proven track record in quality within engineering. The ideal candidate will have experience in motorsport, defence, automotive, or aerospace sectors. You should be adept at interpreting 3D drawings and CAD models and possess strong materials and process knowledge. Attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a hands-on approach are essential. You will also need excellent communication skills and commercial acumen, as well as the ability to command respect and set standards within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and Communicate Quality Policy
  • Manage Supplier Quality
  • Prevent and Resolve Quality Issues
  • Ensure Adherence to Quality Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven track record in quality within engineering.
  • Experience in motorsport, defence, automotive, or aerospace sectors.
  • Ability to interpret 3D drawings and CAD models.
  • Strong materials and process knowledge.
  • Keen attention to detail and a problem-solving mentality.
  • Hands-on approach to issue resolution.
