Quality Engineer duties include -

  • Provide technical direction on Quality engineering to the Production team.
  • Ensure internal issues are investigated correctly & preventive actions are put in place.
  • Assist with product and process continuous improvements, documenting any changes.
  • Maintain the QMSs and ensure that these are aligned to customer and company requirements.

Quality Engineer desirable skills and experience -

  • Experience working within a similar role.
  • Ability to use the relevant core tools and help to drive continuous improvement.
  • Sector experience - Automotive, Aerospace, Industrial, or Yellow Goods.
  • Systems trained, examples would be - ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14 001.
