Quality Inspector (Wire Harness / Cable Assembly)
£35,000 - £45,000 + Training + Progression to Management + Christmas Bonus + Profit Share + Optional 4 Day Week

Are you a Quality Inspector with a background in Wire Harness or Cable Assembly or similar looking to join an Invest in People Accredited company who will offer you extensive training, progression into Management, 2 bonuses and the option for a four-day work week?

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work as leader of a small team, carrying out quality inspections of the bespoke cable and box built assemblies. This role will include inspections and working with the production team to ensure the highest quality of cable assemblies is maintained. You will have the opportunity to either work Monday to Friday or 4 days a week 7am - 6pm and be fully trained on IPC Wiring Regulations.

This is an opportunity for a Quality Inspector from a Wire Harness, Cable Assembly or similar background looking to develop and step into their next chapter as a Senior, leading a team while being supported through continuous training and courses.

The Role:

• Quality inspecting, Bespoke cable and box built assemblies.
• Training on IPC, Management and Quality
• Leading a team of 2

• Quality Inspector or similar
• Wire Harness or Cable Assembly or similar background

The Shift:

Choose between these 2 options

• Monday - Thursday 7am-5pm Friday 7am-12pm
• 4 days a week (of your choice) 7am-6pm
