Quality Inspector

Elevation Engineering and Manufacturing have a fantastic opportunity for a Quality Inspector to join a leading manufacturing business in Leeds.
Reporting to the site's senior engineering team, the Quality Inspector will be responsible for the operation of the CMM, as well as the inspection of all supplied parts.

The Quality Inspectors duties include:

• Liaise with internal customers to determine workflow
• Report and assist in the investigation of non-conformances & corrective actions
• Maintenance of NCR system.
• Statistical analysis and investigation of waste factors
• Act as final quality gate to ensure only products which reach quality standards are passed to the final customer
• Carry out mechanical engineering inspection of precision machined components

We would be keen to speak with Quality Inspectors who possess the following:

• Experience in operating a CMM machine is essential
• Experience gained in a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of Mitutoyo would be beneficial

Salary - Up to £35,000 dependant on experience
