Quality Inspector

Elevation Recruitment Group are currently partnered with an engineering business in Rotherham who are recruiting a Quality Inspector. A small, precision manufacturer supplying to a variety of industries, this role will be to inspect, record & report in accordance with work instructions ensuring the highest level of quality across all their products.

This role will be days only with an early finish on a Friday.

Duties & Responsibilities include:

• Using a variety of inspection equipment (Micrometers, Height Gauges, Calipers etc).
• Operation of Faro Portable Measuring Arm.
• Inspection and recording of all relevant dimensions.
• Carry out calibration of equipment.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings.
• First Off Inspection.
• Contribute ideas to continuous improvement programs.
• Support the investigation of NCRs, corrective & Preventative Actions (CAPA) and Customer Complaints

I'm keen to speak to Quality Inspector's with the following skillset:

• Experience in precision environment
• Knowledge of CMM/Faro Arm
• Strong communication skills 
• Experience in a similar role
