Are you an experienced Quality Inspector who works to tight tolerances? Are you well-versed using visual and dimensional inspection equipment such as verniers, callipers and micrometres? Our client manufacturer precision engineering parts for the aerospace and power generation industry, who are looking for an Inspector to join them on their late shift. Experience with Optical Measurement machines, shadowgraphs, 3D Scanners is highly desirable.

Job Description
  • Visual and dimensional inspection using verniers, callipers, micrometres, gauges and projectors
  • Operating CMM inspection machines (training will be provided)
  • Support the internal non-conformance process
  • Liaise closely with the engineering department to ensure the smooth transition of NPI

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
  • Experience inspecting parts to tight tolerances with dimensional measurement tools (verniers, micrometres, gauges etc)
  • Well-versed using shadowgraphs, optical projectors/measurement machines, computerised inspection systems, 3d scanners, OR CMM Machines
