Quality Manager - Food Manufacturing – Andover

Monday to Friday 8am – 4:30pm (some flexibility)

Duties of the successful Quality Manager will involve:

• Head up the QA function for the business managing, mentoring & supporting the team  
• Support stakeholders and be a focal point on the factory floor advising & teaching production staff the correct standards on food safety, quality & GMP
• Checks daily records to ensure compliance to procedures
• Carry out regular audits; GMP, hygiene, HACCP
• Ensures paperwork is being filled out in relation to the production areas
• Ensures working procedures are being followed by production staff
• Monitor production & ensue that recipes & SOPs are being followed
• Files checked records accurately
• Collects micro samples and packages for collection

Required experience & characteristics

• At least 1 years’ experience working as a Quality Assurance Manager within the FMCG manufacturing space  
• Live within commutable distance to Andover
• Driven, organised and enthusiastic
