QUALITY MANAGER

MONDAY - FRIDAY: 08.30 - 17.30

£30,000 - £45,000 PER ANNUM

Due to our client’s company expansion, People Solutions are delighted to be assisting with the recruitment of the full-time position of Quality Manager.

This is an excellent opportunity to work for a growing and prosperous business.

Working as a member of the team, you will be working with a variety of special fasteners to industry standard dimensions or customer specific drawings

Day to Day Duties

  • Principle duties and responsibilities of a Quality Manager
  • To maintain the Company’s quality management system
  • To determine and implement continual improvements
  • Management and close out of nonconformities
  • Performing internal audits
  • Overseeing the supply chain and performing supplier audits
  • Liaising with customers and suppliers to resolve quality issues
  • Identification and management of business risks
  • Managing change throughout the Company
  • Ensuring compliance with latest standards, regulations and legal requirements

Essential Skills

  • Essential Skills required for a Quality Manager
  • Sound working knowledge of ISO 9001
  • A systems-based approach to quality management
  • Customer focus
  • Problem solving and decision making
  • Excellent communication skills

Desirable Experience

Familiarity with API Q1, 20E and 20F desirable but not essential.

Training

Industry Training will be provided.
