Quality Manager

£40,000 - £60,000 per annum

Location: Maldon

Quality Manager / QA Manager needed to join a reputable and long-standing manufacturing company based in Maldon.

This is a brand-new position, ready for someone to make their own. As a Quality Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance processes within the manufacturing operations.

Working in collaboration with Engineering and Operations teams, you will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet the required quality standards.

This role involves maintaining quality management systems, conducting audits, managing non-conformances, and leading continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Skills, Knowledge & Experience

  • The ideal candidate will be currently working as a Quality engineer / Quality Assurance / Quality Manager
  • You will have worked within a manufacturing business.
  • Technical candidate, can be from mechanical / electrical or electro-mechanical background
  • Understanding of ISO Regulations, experience undertaking Audits
  • Approachable and adaptable with good attention to detail

Pay, Benefits & Working hours

  • Basic salary of £45k+
  • Private Health care
