Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per year

What we are looking for:

• Experience of product testing ideally in the packaging industry
• Experience of quality systems and root cause analysis
• Excellent customer service communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Ideally CAD and design skills

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading material (paper and board) performance improvement program
• Responsible for Lab team and workload management
• Supporting investigations into customer complaints
• Ensuring facilitation of customer requirements
